Job summary

The Sullivan University System is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative for our High School Team. The role focuses on locating, informing, and enrolling high school students to meet enrollment objectives. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, with some evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities include following referrals, managing inquiries, utilizing online chat, interviewing prospective students, supporting campus events, and maintaining accurate records in lead management systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of recruiting, staffing, or higher education admissions experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic knowledge of financial aid programs and procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of academic programs offered by the school.

Responsibilities

• Procure and follow up on referrals of prospective students from applicants and other sources.
• Manage all inquiries effectively, adhering to standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Utilize online chat to assist website visitors and recruit potential students.
• Conduct interviews and tours with prospective students and parents to assess admission qualifications and program fit.
• Support on-campus events and informational meetings for prospective families and parents.
• Foster student retention through regular communication and engagement until class commencement.
• Maintain precise and timely records of interactions with prospective students using lead management systems.
• Meet ongoing enrollment and activity targets while maintaining professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
• Participate in departmental events such as scholarship days, open houses, local high school events and graduation ceremonies.
• Adhere strictly to the SUS Admissions Code of Conduct.
• Guide students through enrollment and registration paperwork, fee collection, and scheduling of necessary appointments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
