Sullivan University is seeking a full-time High School Admissions Representative to identify, inform, engage, and enroll high school students to meet enrollment objectives. The role centers on guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process and coordinating campus tours and events.

The position largely runs Monday–Friday with some evenings until 7 pm and occasional Saturdays 9 am–1 pm. A flexible schedule, strong communication, and lead-tracking skills are essential.

Competenze

• Associate degree preferred.
• 1-5 years of recruiting, staffing, or higher education admissions experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic knowledge of financial aid programs and procedures.

• Locate, inform, interest, and enroll the quality and quantity of high school students necessary to meet enrollment objectives.
• Manage all inquiries effectively, adhering to SOPs and best practices.
• Utilize online chat to assist website visitors and recruit potential students.
• Conduct interviews and tours with prospective students and parents to assess qualifications and fit.
• Support on-campus events and informational meetings for prospective families and parents.
• Maintain records of interactions with prospective students in lead management systems.
