Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of experience with children is required.
• CPI/Safety training or equivalent may be required based on assignment.
• Knowledge of FERPA/IDEA and confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional, behavioral, social-emotional, and personal care support to students.
• Support implementation of IEPs, 504 Plans, and behavior support plans.
• Assist with instructional activities, accommodations, and assessments.
• Collect and document student performance data for progress monitoring.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment.
• Utilize assistive technology and AAC to support student access to instruction.
