Job summary

City Wide Building Services LLC is looking for a High Rise Window Cleaning Technician in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role involves using various methods for cleaning windows and building facades, with opportunities for skill development. We offer a steady work schedule, along with a $2500 sign-on bonus for experienced technicians.

Start earning potential is $800 per week during training, with the potential to surpass $1000 per week after training completion. Employees enjoy bi-weekly pay, comprehensive health insurance, paid time off starting at five days a year, and additional training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred working on rope (Bosun Chair or Rope Access) or Swing Stage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperatures.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior window cleaning using various equipment.
• Conduct pressure washing as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Rope descent or Rope Access experience

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
