The role offers steady year‑round work, opportunities for growth, and training to learn valuable skills like rope access and lift certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Must pass background and drug tests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Capable of working in temperatures ranging from 0 to 100 degrees.
• Proficient in assembling, lifting, and climbing ladders up to 30 feet.
• Clean appearance with a self‑motivated and coachable demeanor.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform exterior and interior window cleaning using various tools such as long poles, ladders, and water‑fed poles.
• Conduct pressure washing tasks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Window cleaning experience.
• Lift operator certification/experience.
• Comfortable with heights.

Work Hours

Approximately 6:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Compensation

• Wage potential starting at $500–600 per week during training, depending on experience and qualifications.
• After training, techs receive hourly compensation plus piece‑work bonuses with potential earnings of $800+ per week.
