Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience safely repelling high-rise buildings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows and glass surfaces with non-abrasive tools.
• Safely descend high-rise buildings using rope descent systems.
• Coordinate with site contact before, during, and after work; obtain customer endorsement.
• Transport, set up, and break down water-fed poles and equipment.
• Clean up after each job to avoid residue.
• Keep company vehicle stocked with supplies and well-maintained.
• Attend weekly safety meetings.
