Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred working on rope (Bosun Chair or Rope Access) or Swing Stage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperatures.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass drug tests.

• Perform exterior and interior window cleaning using various equipment.
• Conduct pressure washing as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

City Wide Building Services is seeking a High Rise Window Cleaning Technician to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. This position involves cleaning windows and building facades of large buildings using various methods such as rope descent, swing stage, ladders, and water‑fed poles. We offer steady year‑round work and opportunities for skill development and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred working on rope (Bosun Chair or Rope Access) or Swing Stage
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Clean background and able to pass drug tests
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperatures
• Able to assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 30 feet
• Clean and professional appearance
• Self‑motivated and coachable

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform exterior and interior window cleaning using various equipment
• Conduct pressure washing as needed
• Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Preferred Skills

• Window cleaning experience
• Lift Operator certification/experience

Hours

Approx. 6:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Compensation

• Starting earning potential of $800 per week during training
• Hourly pay plus bonuses after training, with the potential to earn $1000+ per week
• $2500 sign‑on bonus for experienced High Rise Technicians (2 years)
• 1099 positions available
