Comstock-Companies is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the onsite maintenance team across multiple communities. The role focuses on safety, uptime, and customer satisfaction with regular travel between properties.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems, manage vendor relations, budgeting, and capital projects while maintaining compliance and high service standards for residents and ownership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is preferred.
• Master electrician and plumbing experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in multi-family housing.

Responsabilités

• Provide Class “A” customer service – building rapport with residents and going above and beyond.
• Manage assigned staff: assign work, supervise, and direct as needed.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service by maintenance team members.
• Partner with Property Manager on budgets and financial reviews.
• Develop multi-year capital project plans and oversee capital projects.
