Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in high-reliability electronic assembly.
• Experience with RF/microwave PCB assemblies preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain J-STD-001 soldering certification.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and rework high-reliability RF/microwave PCB and module assemblies.
• Follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and traceability requirements.
• Use ESD and FO-D prevention practices on sensitive components.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and escalate issues when needed.
• Open, receive, and deliver materials to work centers; complete pre-assembly tasks.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards and perform quality checks.
