Qualifications

• Issues: US Person and minimum two years manufacturing experience.
• Capable of reading blueprints, assembly procedures, and routes.
• Requires fine motor skills, vision, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
• Must be organized and detail oriented; able to learn bench top equipment and computers.
• Proficient with mechanical assembly tools and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, calibrate, and test products using drawings, work instructions, BOMs, and travelers; assembly under a microscope.
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies.
• Inspect parts and products during or after assembly per guidelines and quality standards.
• Rotate through operations to meet production goals and support team.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and participate in continuous improvement.
