Qualifications

• US Person eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Capable of reading blueprints, assembly procedures and routes.
• Fine motor skills with strong vision and hand-eye coordination essential.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to learn bench top equipment and computers.
• Proficient with mechanical assembly tools such as torque drivers, calipers, and epoxy dispensers.
• Strong team contributor with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, calibrate, and test products and components using drawings, instructions, BOMs, and travelers; assembly under a microscope.
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly.
• Inspect and test parts according to quality standards.
• Rotate through assembly operations to meet production goals and schedules.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete work orders and production tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
