Qualifications

• 2-5 years of law firm litigation experience.
• Interest in content disputes and taking ownership of cases.
• Prior media litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience drafting briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Participation in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Admission to practice law in California is required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated, high-profile disputes in state and federal court.
• Support the team with all phases of litigation from intake to trial.
