Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation, entertainment/IP, and employment litigation.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong research, writing, and trial-preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Develop case strategy, manage discovery, and assist with trial preparation and trial.
• Meet trial deadlines and appear in State and Federal courts; work with Partners.
