Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IP litigation experience across AI, copyright, trademark, or trade secrets.
• Knowledge of Lanham Act, Copyright Act, DMCA or related trade-secret statutes.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
• Eligible to practice in a U.S. state, and authorized to work in the U.S.
