Marina Sirras & Associates LLC is recruiting for a Midlevel Litigation Associate in Los Angeles to support a premier Am law 100 firm. The role focuses on media and entertainment disputes involving copyright, trademark, films, TV, podcasts, and digital content in state and federal court.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of litigation experience and strong writing and analytical skills. LA-based position with opportunity to work on high-profile cases and advance within a leading firm’s litigation

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of law firm litigation experience.
• Interest in content disputes and taking ownership of cases.
• Prior media litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience drafting briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Participation in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Admission to practice law in California is required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a litigator with 2-5 years of experience to work on sophisticated, high-profile disputes involving copyright, trademark, films, tv, podcasts, digital content, and others in state and federal court. The salary for this position is between $225k to $315k.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of law firm litigation experience, with strong interest in content disputes and taking ownership of cases.
• Prior media litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience drafting briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Participation in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Excellent analytical and legal writing skills.
• Admission to practice law in California is required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the. U.S.
