Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Risk Specialist to serve affluent clients with tailored personal risk management solutions. This outside sales role emphasizes cross-selling and developing new client sources to meet annual sales goals.

The position requires travel 50% or more, building strong relationships with centers of influence and collaborating with Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits teams to serve high net worth clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in High Net Worth or personal insurance sales or service.
• Active property-casualty license required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• College degree preferred but high school diploma or GED accepted.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and visit high net worth individuals to assess lifestyle, concerns and needs.
• Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis.
• Develop lists of prospective centers of influence and lead sources for USI One Advantage.
• Engage with lawyers, financial services professionals, realtors and others who serve the affluent market.
• Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to enhance USI's marketplace position.
• Meet with external centers of influence to prospect and serve as a value-added service to their clients.
