Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years in an insurance Account Management role (brokage experience required) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Private Client/High Net-Worth experience required. Entertainment space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HUB’s primary contact to the client alongside Producers.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, underwriters and colleagues.
• Manage transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Analyze clients’ objectives and compare plans for suitability.
• Maintain client retention and develop new business from existing accounts and leads.
• Mentor and train less experienced account managers and staff.
