Job summary

Volvo Limited in Dublin, CA is seeking an experienced Internet/Retail Sales Representative to join our growing Bay Area sales team. This role offers hourly pay plus commission and bonuses, with a strong focus on online lead management and customer engagement.

You will generate appointments, respond to inquiries quickly, and help customers select vehicles while upholding high ethical standards. Previous high-line automotive sales and top-notch communication are required; benefits include 401(k)

Qualifications

• Prior high-line automotive dealership or retail sales experience.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Comfortable making 35+ phone calls, emails, and text messages per day.

Responsibilities

• Generate appointments by prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers looking for a New or preowned vehicle.
• Manage internet email leads, floor traffic, and phone calls; aim for 40+ appointments and 10–16 sales per month.
• Respond promptly to email, phone, and text inquiries in a professional manner; assist customers in vehicle selection and become the product expert.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online sources and Roadster.
• Maintain high CSI by meeting guest needs and driving sales of new and used vehicles.
