RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store in Minnesota. You will manage up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

This role demands strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You’ll develop strategies to improve sales, labor efficiency, and food/service quality while modeling RaceTrac’s customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail/food service or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
