Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll coach associates, manage daily operations, and Own the store’s performance when the General Manager is away.

Strong leadership, coaching, and a passion for service are essential. You will hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, monitor key sales metrics, and ensure compliance while maintaining inventory and store conditions.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
