Job summary

Brink's is seeking an SDR to join our Coppell office and help grow the AMS pipeline focused on financial institutions and retail locations. You will generate leads, initiate outreach via calls and emails, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

The role emphasizes CRM accuracy, collaboration with marketing, and meeting activity targets to drive the sales funnel and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in sales, business development, or customer service (B2B).
• Experience in Fintech or financial services is a plus.
• Proven ability to qualify and nurture leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify ICP-fit customers (FIs, credit unions, C-stores) through outbound channels.
• Use LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other tools to find leads.
• Outreach via calls and emails to introduce AMS and schedule appointments.
• Qualify and hand off prospects to Account Executives with context.
• Maintain CRM records and track activities and KPIs.
