Job summary

Nationwide Trailers is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to lead daily revenue execution and customer-facing operations across sales, parts, and service. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive performance in a high-volume store environment.

You will coordinate across departments, coach the sales team, and maintain high standards of customer experience. The role offers growth into greater leadership responsibilities and requires bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Three+ years leading dealership or retail operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage sales teams and department leaders.
• Strong understanding of sales execution, service workflow, and customer experience.
• Able to coach, hold teams accountable, and lead by example.
• Familiar with CRM tools, sales reporting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to drive daily activity, follow-up discipline, and deal execution.
• Set expectations for lead response, CRM usage, and customer communication.
• Directly manage cross-department coordination between sales, parts, and service to remove bottlenecks.
• Lead daily huddles and performance management for direct reports; develop the team.
• Oversee showroom, phone presence, and customer experience to ensure consistency.
