TrailersPlus – Lot & Sales Operations in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive revenue and lead daily store operations. You will work with the Store Manager to manage inventory, customer service, and maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient lot operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a mechanical aptitude, and strong sales skills. Eligible candidates will manage staff, process invoices, and support a high-volume trailer business on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months retail, sales, or lot management experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting revenue goals and guide buyers through trailer purchases.
• Oversee inventory, inspections, vendor relations, and site maintenance.
• Verify invoicing and handle paperwork for trailers, parts, and labor.
• Support onboarding and training of service staff; schedule daily shop operations.
• Safely operate power tools and equipment as needed.
