Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Gaithersburg is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven leader to join our team as a Sales Manager in Training. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels at sales and member engagement and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

We’re looking for more than a strong individual salesperson. We want someone who can lead from the front—driving their own results while coaching, motivating, and developing a front desk team to do the same.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance and drive success. Sales Leads earn a combination of hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses, with average annual earnings up to $45,000 depending on performance.
