Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Gaithersburg is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to own the front desk experience, drive membership and service sales, and coach a performance-driven team. The role offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a pathway to leadership in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance by achieving and exceeding membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Lead the Front Desk by owning daily operations and guest flow, coaching the team to meet sales and service goals.
• Support the Spa Leadership Team and report on front desk systems, cash handling, and daily operations.
