FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business at a premier spa location in Falls Church, VA. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving revenue, profitability, and membership performance.

This role requires a people-first leader who can recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team, manage KPIs and P&L, and partner with local marketing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business

• Spa operations and overall performance
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership

Build the Team

• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
