Responsibilities

• Ensure Food Safety and Quality Assurance, manage inventory and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across dine-in, take-out and delivery.
• Direct, coach and train team members to high performance; manage labor and hiring.
• Maintain restaurant financial controls; oversee P&L, budget, and sales opportunities.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting with accuracy.
