Job summary

Fresh Brothers is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager in Irvine to lead daily operations, uphold food safety, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage labor and scheduling, coach staff to high performance, and ensure budget, P&L, and quality standards are met.

This role requires entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on leadership, and a passion for fresh ingredients and great service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BOH/FOH operations.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures execution of food safety and quality standards; oversees inventory and equipment.
• Delivers exceptional guest experience across dine-in, takeout and delivery.
• Directs, coaches and trains team members to high performance; manages recruitment and labor controls.
• Owns restaurant financials with budget and SPLH responsibility; identifies sales opportunities.
• Handles administrative tasks and reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
