McDonald's Corporation is seeking a General Manager for a corporate-owned restaurant. You will lead a high‑volume operation, drive profitability, and partner with the leadership team to set goals and execute a plan that delivers Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in fast‑food or hospitality settings, a track record of coaching teams, and the ability to hire and develop a strong shift and department management team.

Competenze

• Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.
