Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing required.
• More than 2 years’ experience as an Engineer with mechanical aptitude.
• Experience as a process kit engineer strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive projects and Fab Operational Support.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle management of process kits, including tracking, staging, kitting, refurbishment, and disposition of Kits and Maintenance Parts.
• Coordinate kit readiness to support preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, and tool recovery activities.
• Maintain accurate kit records, locations, key metrics, and status in Micron tracking systems.
• Partner with Equipment Engineers and Bench teams to identify kit improvements, shortages, and standardization opportunities.
• Collect and report key operational metrics to support HVM readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
