Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, operating Crunch Fitness locations, seeks a dedicated Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality sessions and guide members toward their health goals. You’ll engage members, coach proper techniques, and support program design while upholding Crunch’s energetic, judgment-free culture.

The role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules with performance-based earnings and ongoing professional development, including on-boarding HIIT certification requirements and club-wide

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science, program design, and nutrition fundamentals.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Nationally accredited personal training certification within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher in related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and an outstanding initial experience for introductory clients.
• Design safe, effective, and individualized fitness programs.
• Track progress with assessments and logs; educate clients on fitness tools and resources.
• Drive client retention and promote PT packages and programs.
• Maintain clean, safe training areas and participate in club events.
