Qualifications

• Requires recognized personal trainer certifications from major bodies.
• Ability to design safe, effective fitness programs tailored to goals.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for member retention.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding initial personal training experience for intro clients.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals.
• Inform clients about fitness tools and resources available to aid progress.
• Set expectations, track progress, and hold clients accountable to plans.
• Demonstrate safe exercise technique and correct form with clients.
• Instruct members on proper use of club equipment and exercise techniques.
