Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to educate members on comprehensive fitness programs, create customized workouts, and deliver an expert training experience.

You will conduct CrunchOne Kickoffs, tailor plans to milestones, track progress, schedule sessions, and promote all available fitness tools while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

The role requires Crunch-approved certification, CPR/AED, and a minimum of 20 training hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have Crunch-approved national personal trainer certification.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Experience as a personal trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff with members including goal setting, nutrition counseling, and form checks.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs and track progress.
• Inform members about available fitness tools and programs.
• Demonstrate safe exercise techniques to clients and members.
• Support member services, seminars, and campaigns.
• Schedule all personal training sessions using company systems.
• Execute on the Personal Trainer Business Plan and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility.
