Job summary

CFS is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Illinois team in Glenview. You will manage weekly and biweekly payroll for a large workforce, handling benefits, 401(k), and PTO, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple payrolls.

You will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to resolve discrepancies and support year-end payroll processes, leveraging ADP Workforce Now or UKG in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or UKG.
• Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Manage payroll compliance, tax reporting, and reconciliations.
• Administer payroll-related programs including benefits, 401(k), and PTO.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with HR, managers, and vendors.
• Support year-end payroll processing and reporting.
