The ideal candidate will maintain payroll records, handle onboarding, audit time and attendance, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with HR and benefits to ensure timely payroll processing using ADP Enterprise and related systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with exempt, non-exempt, and union-represented employees preferred.
• Familiarity with ADP Enterprise or comparable payroll software.
• Proficient in payroll reporting, timekeeping, and attendance systems.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to meet payroll deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple states.
• Enter and maintain employee data, including changes, leaves, and terminations.
• Verify tax withholdings and direct-deposit changes; fix discrepancies.
• Audit payroll registers and reconcile payroll information.
• Assist locations with onboarding and payroll-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with HR/Benefits on payroll-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
