Qualifications

• At least 1 year mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Abundant mortgage experience with external referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers, communicating progress.
• Structures loan to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Establishes marketing plan and contacts for potential customers.
• Cross-sells other bank products and services.
