Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated M&A advisory deal execution experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong grasp of US GAAP and M&A takeover principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A advisory engagements for new/existing clients.
• Design and draft financial analysis and valuation models.
• Conduct tailored acquisition screens and identify targets.
