Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services or Financial Due Diligence.
• Proficient in assessing quality of earnings, net financial debt, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide well-structured advice in acquisition and disposal M&A processes.
• Execute analyses and identify key issues that could impact transactions.
• Summarize findings from financial statements and business plans.
• Contribute to business development and build client relationships.
• Guide junior team members.
