Job summary

Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant at our Sacramento community. You will be on the front lines, converting leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions while delivering world-class resident experiences.

You’ll conduct high-impact tours, maintain up-to-date pricing knowledge, and exceed occupancy goals. This role rewards high performers with commissions, housing discounts, PTO and a 401(k) match, plus growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
