Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares and cooks menu items to ensure quality and experience
• Maintains sanitation, safety, and proper food storage per policies
• Operates kitchen equipment (broilers, ovens, fryers, grills)
• Assists with menu item creation and presentation
• Maintains professional standards and PPE use
• Knows and uses POS system; may drive kitchen operations as needed
• Obtains required state/local certifications
