Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare and cook food items to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and proper storage per policies.
• Follow recipes and adjust dishes per guest requests.
• Communicate with wait staff and ensure attractive presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment (broilers, ovens, fryers, grills).
• Assist with inventory and reconcile monthly food and beverage stock.
• Maintain knowledge of the POS system and restaurant procedures.
• Obtain certifications to meet regulations and PPE requirements.
• Serve food when needed and ensure cleanliness and professionalism.
