Sean DeLeon Agency LLC – Farmers Insurance seeks a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will work with warm leads and agency-provided opportunities to identify client needs and tailor quotes for auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.

Ideal candidates will have Texas P&C licensing or willingness to obtain, strong communication skills, and a driven, coachable mindset to grow with a top nationwide agency.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain.
• Sales, insurance, customer service, or relationship-building experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with prospective customers by phone and in person.
• Ability to manage leads and follow-up activity.
• Competitive and self-motivated attitude.
• Coachability and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and technology skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work agency-provided opportunities and warm leads.
• Contact prospective clients and identify coverage needs.
• Prepare quotes and explain available insurance options.
• Sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products.
• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Maintain consistent prospect and client follow-up.
• Develop lasting relationships that support agency retention and growth.
• Meet established monthly sales and activity goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation within agency systems.
