Sean DeLeon Agency LLC - Farmers Insurance seeks a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer in San Antonio to join our in-office sales team. You’ll leverage warm leads, receive hands-on coaching, and have opportunities to boost income through commissions and bonuses.

We value motivated, sales-minded professionals who can build long-term client relationships and achieve production targets while following Farmers guidelines and agency procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain.
• Previous sales, insurance, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work toward production targets.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Organized and proficient with CRM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and follow up on warm leads.
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients; consistently follow up.
• Work toward individual and agency production goals.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect records.
• Follow agency procedures and Farmers guidelines.
