Job summary

PSA Security Network is seeking a driven Inside Sales Account Executive in Westminster, CO to accelerate member purchasing activity, generate pipeline, and influence buying behavior across the PSA network. You will partner with Outside Sales to convert activity into territory growth, increase share-of-wallet, and expand PSA program adoption.

The role emphasizes high activity, urgency, and accountability, with opportunities to progress into Territory Sales.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in electronic security, AV, distribution, or related technical industries preferred.
• Experience working with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate opportunities through outbound engagement with PSA members.
• Drive high-volume outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to uncover purchasing opportunities.
• Influence member decisions and drive adoption of PSA programs and tech partners.
• Support opportunity progression from initial engagement through quoting and conversion.
• Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of activity and pipeline in CRM.
