Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry and track record of leading a high-volume operation.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze financial data for informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Organized and meticulous, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
