Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for multiple retail locations.
• Coach and develop Store Managers to hit sales and productivity targets.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and profitability.
• Oversee inventory flow, merchandising, and customer service standards across districts.
• Balance workforce planning with production demands and staffing optimization.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure policy compliance and business continuity.
