Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and motivates store employees to reach production guidelines and sales targets.

• Hires, coaches, trains, and develops staff to staff the store effectively.
• Manages cash handling, end-of-day procedures, and financial statements.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and conducts regular store checks.
• Plans work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and same-day processing from donation to sales.
