Qualifications

• Inside and outside sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Available for a full-time retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• California Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check and pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world-class experience to all customers.
• Build a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory, especially commercial vehicles.
• Learn and utilize state-of-the-art client relationship tools.
• Develop and build sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding department expectations.
• Service and maintain existing accounts.
• Stimulate growth through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct professional presentations to prospective and existing customers.
