Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Kyle, TX is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to accelerate into Crunch culture with speed and high performance. You will drive club profitability, energize teams around goals, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking, while managing staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.
• Experience in labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to take assertive action, innovate, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are handled timely and focus on retention.
• Monitor staff performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team to drive sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling to keep the club adequately staffed.
• Ensure policy compliance and accuracy across operations.
• Monitor inventory and restocking in the club.
