Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner in Training in Austin. The role focuses on driving club profitability, energizing the team around clear goals, and delivering exceptional member service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking, while managing staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage and a top-tier gym experience for members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fitness or service-oriented management preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of 15+ members preferred.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promotion, and removal of staff.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure timely member resolutions and focus on retention.
• Monitor staff performance to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Recruit, hire and onboard talented staff.
• Coach and develop team to drive sales performance.
• Maintain a clean, well-functioning facility 24/7.
• Oversee payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
